Description from the publisher:

This book is the English translation of the very popular Al-Dua W'al-Mustajab. The supplications in this book are arranged in accordance with the number of the days of the week so that the devotee may keep on declaring his being in want and need of his Lord, so he will supplicate Him with humility, fear and without loudness. "I have put, 'the Excellence of Remembrance of Allah Most High', 'the Excellence of Some Suras of the Qur'an', then, 'the Excellence of Blessing on the Prophet'-to whom may Allah's Blessings and Peace be granted-forward before the supplication for the sake of purifying the heart and curing it from its disease, that the suppliant will feel the descending of Mercies on him like the beginning of the abundant rain, smell the best perfume clinging to his mouth at the supplication, of make supplication with his heart if his tongue became impeded. Blessed is the devotee to whom Allah hath given a permission to supplicate Him and granted him an answer thereby.
