Product description:

Muslim Stories for Children is a series of CDs offering the young something rare in the reading and listening material available to children nowadays. It aims to provide guidance to meaning in life, the development of a truly rounded personality and the sense of a life beyond this world. For a Muslim child, especially, these stories strengthen the faith, identity with Islam and an active commitment to it. The stories are written, narrated, and produced so as to appeal to a child's natural curiosity, to hold his or her attention, and to increase them in knowledge, insha'Allah (God willing).

Love Your Brother, Love Your Neighbour -- vividly portrays how we should relate to each other. Love and sacrifice, charity and kindness, regard for rights and indulgence in grace and mercy; these are the basic values which are brought forth in these 6 stories.

The Desert Chief : Story of Thumama Ibn Uthal -- a powerful tribal chief in Arabia to whom the Prophet (pbuh) had sent a letter inviting him to Islam. This so enraged Thumama that he set out to kill the Blessed Prophet. However the Muslims captured Thumama on one of their nightly patrols, tells how through the humane and dignified treatment accorded to Thumama by the Blessed Prophet and his companions, this powerful and proud chieftain became a Muslim.
